PURCHASE POLICIES



Purchase and payment policies applicable to retail customers


  1. The retail purchase refers to the acquisition of 1 to 24 pieces of jewelry; in the case of textiles from 1 to 14 pieces, and in the case of sculptures it will be a maximum of 2.
  2. The products will be quoted based on the Price List
  3. The quote will have a maximum period of 90 business days.
  4. In purchases made through Instagram and Facebook, the customer must verify the payment of the product and the cost of the parcel electronically, to the email ventas@morenacorazon.com , referring to the purchase order. If you require an invoice, you must send your billing information to the same email within a period of no more than 5 days.
  5. The invoice will be issued by the Administrative Management once receipt of payment is confirmed.
  6. Usually the delivery time for domestic purchases is from 3 to 10 business days. If the part does not exist in inventory, and whose manufacture is possible, it will be confirmed via email. The maximum term will be 30 days from the purchase confirmation that Morena Corazón sends to the customer by email.
  7. The client will be notified via email when the shipment is made.
  8. Shipments of merchandise outside of Mexico will be subject to the policies and delivery times of Morena Corazón, the parcel company, and the required customs procedures.
  9. In purchases made by foreigners, the client will assume the corresponding customs procedures and expenses.
  10. Morena Corazón is not responsible for loss of merchandise, or damage to it, once delivered to the parcel company, for this it is suggested that you purchase shipping insurance.
  11. In the case of sculptures, the client must acquire the insurance with the parcel company for the total amount of the piece.
  12. Each piece will have its corresponding packaging.
  13. The forms of payment accepted by Morena Corazón are:
    1. Buy via Facebook and Instagram: bank transfer or Pay Pal.
    2. Buy online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pay Pal or direct payments at Oxxo stores.
  14. The contributions for foreigners will be made in dollars. If the purchase is completed, Morena Corazón will timely inform the client of the bank and account number where the dollar amount will be transferred.
  15. The discounts expressed on the page www.morenacorazon.com apply only on the site, excluding physical points of sale or external digital media.


Purchase and payment policies applicable to wholesale customers


  1. The person interested in being a wholesale buyer of Morena Corazón products should contact ventas@morenacorazon.com .
  2. The wholesale purchase refers to the acquisition of 25 pieces or more in jewelry; in the case of textiles, 15 pieces or more, and in the case of sculptures it will be from 3.
  3. Morena Corazón reserves the right to authorize its wholesale customers.
  4. Once the application is accepted, the interested party must sign a contract for the use of the brand, in order to respect the established clauses.
  5. Orders must be made in a purchase format provided by Morena Corazón, which will be forwarded by the customer to ventas@morenacorazon.com .
  6. The products will be quoted based on the current Wholesale Price List, plus the corresponding shipping costs.
  7. The Morena Corazón quotes are valid for 45 business days from the date it is sent.
  8. Any order must cover 50% advance of the total amount for confirmation. The client must send the digital or scanned receipt of the payment to ventas@morenacorazon.com with their personal data, as well as the order number.
  9. The invoice will be issued by the Administrative Management once the receipt of the requested payment is verified.
  10. Usually the delivery time for national purchases is from 20 to 45 business days. If the part does not exist in inventory, and whose manufacture is possible, the maximum term will be 60 days from the purchase confirmation that Morena Corazón sends to the client by email.
  11. The client will be notified via email when the shipment is made.

Change Policies


  1. Morena Corazón does not accept merchandise returns, only exchanges, as long as the pieces are in perfect condition .
  2. Changes apply within 30 days of purchase by the retail customer.
  3. Changes can be applied to pieces of the same or higher price by paying the difference. In case of changing for less cost parts, the cash refund is not made.
  4. Returns are not allowed for parts purchased online.
  5. No changes or returns apply to wholesale buyers.
  6. Any part that requests change must be accompanied by its label, purchase receipt and/or invoice.
  7. Changes or returns are not allowed on pieces purchased with a discount or special liquidation ("Sale" category).
  8. In the event that the piece is a gift, it must be in its original packaging and accompanied by your Gift Card .
  9. Changes only apply at the point of sale where the part was purchased.
  10. In the event that a nearby point of sale is not found, the client should contact ventas@morenacorazon.com .

Warranty and repair policies


  1. Claims for manufacturing or assembly failure must be notified to the email ventas@morenacorazon.com , with a photograph of the damage and description, within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, with Morena Corazón taking charge of the expenses.
  2. In case of repair, the client must contact ventas@morenacorazon.com , in order to agree on the conditions under which their request will be addressed. The client assumes the expenses that are generated.

Special Order Policies


  1. Morena Corazón is an innovative brand that can work in collaboration with special clients, without this implying parts manufacturing.
  2. A special order is one that is developed based on customer specifications in accordance with the essence of the brand.
  3. Special requests require prior contact with the General Directorate of Morena Corazón, for which an email must be sent to sofia@morenacorazon.com .
  4. If the General Management approves the request, the client must cover an advance of 50% of the total invoice to guarantee the manufacture of the parts. The remaining 50% plus shipping costs (including insurance) must be paid prior to shipment. The delivery time will be between 30 and 90 business days.
  5. The costs of customs procedures, when applicable, must be covered by the client.
  6. Changes or returns are not accepted for special orders.
  7. Each piece will be delivered in its corresponding packaging.
  8. The cost of the parcel will be notified to the client once the merchandise is finished.

marketing policies


  1. For the promotion and advertising of Morena Corazón products, the use of printed or digital material for dissemination on social networks that is not prepared by the Morena Corazón marketing area is strictly prohibited.
  2. Wholesale customers or distributors who wish to sell Morena Corazón designs online (web page and/or social networks) must request the corresponding digital material from marketing@morenacorazon.com and cover the cost established by the company. Campaign photographs are free of charge, but must be requested from the marketing area.
  3. The use or copy of the digital images contained in the digital media of Morena Corazón for personal use is prohibited.

The Morena Corazón pieces are handcrafted with very fine and delicate material, for which it is suggested:

  1. Avoid contact with water or substances containing chemical products (perfumes, creams or sprays).
  2. Do not expose them to the sun.
  3. Do not use jewelry cleaners.
  4. Wipe with a soft cloth or flannel when dusting is necessary.
  5. Store the products in a dry, dark place and in their original packaging or sealable bag, to avoid contact with other objects.
  6. Avoid falls, since the material with which the pieces are made is glass and can break.
