TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE morenacorazon.com (hereinafter the “STORE” or the “SITE”) EFFECTIVE AS OF MONDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2018.

PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS

The shipment of the products will be made through parcel or private courier to the User's address and/or any office of said parcel or courier, the delivery time will depend on the service chosen at the time of purchase. THIRTEENTH.- BILLING.

FIFTEENTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.

SIXTEENTH.- NOTIFICATIONS

Notifications will be valid at the email address SOFIA@MORENACORAZON.COM and will be presumed received no later than five business days after being sent.
